It includes all the website hosting, monitoring and security of our basic plan, as well as up to 1 hour per month to assist you with basic content management across the site.

Every quarter, we'll review your Google Analytics account to track your website's progress, and provide recommendations for the website based on our findings.

3. Ultimate

Our Ultimate plan is perfect if you need content added to your website on a regular basis, and would like the peace of mind of having this done for you.

It includes all of the Plus benefits plus UNLIMITED* small tasks to assist you managing the content on your website, and a monthly review of your Google Analytics account.

New Zealand Website Hosting and Backups

We provide premium hosting for all our Silverstripe websites through our New Zealand based hosting partner in Auckland. 

We leave it to the experts - as well as top quality servers, the hosting company provides industry leading server management, support of the hosting platform, off-site backups and up-time monitoring so your website's availability is never something you (or we) have to worry about.

The geographical location of your website is one of the many signals that Google factors in when displaying search results.  Being based in New Zealand provides a performance gain - your website will be faster than if it was located somewhere across the world.

CMS Software updates

The biggest and most important element of maintaining a website is keeping the software up to date.

New versions of the Silverstripe CMS software and modules powering your website are regularly released, and include:

  • patches to security vulnerabilities
  • feature improvements, and
  • bug fixes

At least once a month we update your website so it is on the latest stable version of the Silverstripe CMS - minimising the chance of it being hacked or maliciously accessed.
(Extra charges may apply for 'major' upgrades, e.g Silverstripe 3 to Silverstripe 4)

SSL Certificate

SSL is the technology that encrypts information and allows it to be passed securely between the web server and your website.

Without an SSL certificate, information is send unencrypted, meaning that if it was intercepted that information could be read and used.

Google encourages all websites to utilise SSL, and provides incentives to do so, including a slight ranking boost, and removal of ‘Not Secure’ warnings in their Chrome browser.

SSL is implemented through the setup of an SSL certificate. The installation and renewal of SSL certificates is included with all of our website care plans.

Content Support

Successful websites are those which are updated regularly to provide fresh and interesting information for customers and search engines.

Keeping your website up to date can be time consuming and a little tedious. If you’re not doing it all the time, it can be difficult to remember how to make changes, and all too often becomes the last priority.

We know your website better than anyone because we built it (or have at least worked on it). For us, making website changes is quick and easy, and delegating to us gets the job done.

We include at least 1 small task or support request every month to help with any questions or quick changes to your website.

We also consider SEO best practice, and ensure any updates are optimised for Search Engines.
