The Brief
The Association for Women in the Sciences (AWIS) needed a modern, reliable website to manage their membership base. Their old system made it difficult to track renewals, manage subscriptions, and communicate effectively with members. They wanted a user-friendly solution that could handle membership expiry reminders, invoicing, and integrate seamlessly with their mailing list.
Our Approach
We designed and developed a responsive Silverstripe-based website customised to AWIS’s needs. The platform manages the membership sign-ups and expiries - with automated reminders, invoicing, and direct integration with MailChimp so members are automatically added and kept up to date. The CMS allows AWIS administrators to easily update content and manage members in one central place.
